Try to check the model directory + Magazine. You have an industry category for professional photographers. These photographers are working specifically with women, plus size and how to help them look their best.
For the collection of links you can see the work of the photographer and contact information. If you talk to them, explain your idea to get them and quotes.
Do not worry if the photographer is not in your region. Travel agents often do much to shoot. If you find a job, their interests, you can create an e-mail and ask if they are expected to be in the Chicago area in the short term.
