100 Calorie Snacks On Diet? - quaker breakfast cookies

I had to cut breakfast of Quaker Oatmeal Weight Control Eating w / a banana slices. Even skim milk.

Snack is an apple.

Lunch was a turkey and cheese, lettuce, wheat wrap w honey or carrot sticks and a small ranch.

Snack was once a banana.

Now we had only one of which 100 sandwiches? Butter.

I breakfast at 6:00, lunch at 11.00 clock in the school and evenings at 6:00

Butter cookies do not ruin things now?

I had 4 oatmeal cookies yesterday, because I could not help: (

Soda drink or eat junk anymore.


I go to the gym, but not Lott. I work at home and everything.

BTW in going to the gym before today:)

I think the 4 oatmeal cookies yesterday was a bad choice, but today it is done well. Do not exist for all the calories, eat sensibly, healthy, low fat and excersise, it should work.
